About Me

As a Training and Coaching Professional, I can help you understand and manage whatever life throws at you and how to do it successfully. I believe that you have the strength not just to survive, but to truly thrive and I can help you get there.

I have also gone through some difficult times in my life, dealing with mental and physical health challenges, experiencing toxic relationships, struggling with weight, and overcoming obstacles in my career. One thing I have learned is that the mind is a powerful tool and has the ability to be RESILIENT in the midst of challenging circumstances. Every day, my goal is to achieve Mental, Physical, and Spiritual Wellness - Mind, Body, and Spirit. I am passionate about teaching you how to improve your RESILIENCE by offering training and coaching services to help you overcome challenges and identify and achieve your personal goals. I also possess over 20 years in the federal government and have expertise in federal careers and resumes. I take great pride in the progress and success of my clients and look forward to helping you get there too. I am confident that I can assist you in achieving your personal and professional goals no matter what your obstacles are!
